When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount (Cramdown)
If there are any claims being added for § 3.2, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 1 – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 3.4, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 3.1 – Maintenance of Payments and Cure of Default on Real Estate Claims List all mortgage claims attached to real property where the intent is not to surrender or avoid and the treatment is not to pay in full. Do not list mortgage arrearage claims as a separate line item. If the property is the debtor's principal residence, the corresponding box will be checked. If the treatment is to pay conduit, the Trustee box will be checked. If the treatment is to pay outside the plan, the Debtor box will be checked. If the treatment is to pay outside the plan by a co-debtor, the Third Party box will be checked with the co-debtor's name. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.2 – Request for Valuation of Security (Cramdown) List all secured claims where the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.3 – Secured Claims Excluded from § 506 (910 Vehicle) List all secured claims where the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.4 – Lien Avoidance List all secured claims where the intent is to Avoid. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.5 – Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.3 – Attorney's Fees Lists the attorney's name, total fees, amount paid pre-petition, and the balance to be paid through the plan.
§ 4.4 – Priority Claims This section consists of two tables:
Domestic Support Obligation pre-petition arrears to be disbursed by the Trustee will be listed in the first table.
All other priority claims including tax claims to be disbursed by the Trustee will be listed in the second table.
If there are no priority claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.2 – Separately Classified Nonpriority Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims with special treatment. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6.1 – Executory Contracts, Unexpired Leases, and Direct Pay Unmodified Secured Debts List all lease claims where the intent is to assume. This section also includes any secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan by a co-debtor. Do not list lease arrears as separate claims. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases are rejected. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8.1 – Adequate Protection Payments List all secured claims where the intent is not to avoid or surrender. The adequate protection payment listed will be the monthly payment divided by 2.
