When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.2 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount (Cramdown)
If there are any claims being added for § 5.E, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 1.3 – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 5.G, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 4.A – Attorney Fees Lists the attorney's name, total fees, amount paid pre-petition, balance to be paid through the plan, plan length, and estimated monthly installment.
§ 4.B – Priority Tax Claims List all priority tax claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 4.C.2 – Domestic Support Obligation Arrears List all Domestic Support Obligation claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.A.1 – Current Payments on Principal Residence List all secured mortgage claims where the intent is NOT to avoid or surrender and the treatment is to pay outside the plan.
§ 5.A.2 – Cure of Arrearages on Principal Residence List all secured real estate arrearage claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 5.B – Surrender of Property List all claims where the intent is to surrender.
§ 5.D – Secured Claims Not Determined Under § 506 (910 Vehicle) List all secured claims where the secured balance is the SAME as the balance on Schedule D, the intent is not to surrender, and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 5.E – Secured Claims Determined Under § 506 (Cramdown) List all secured claims where the secured balance is LESS than the balance on Schedule D, the intent is not to surrender, and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 5.F – Other Direct Payments to Creditors List all claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, excluding any secured mortgage claims already listed in § 5.A.1.
§ 5.G – Motions to Avoid Lien List all claims where the intent is to Avoid.
§ 6.B – Class B: Unsecured Claims with Co-Debtor (100% Payment) List all unsecured claims that have special treatment where the percentage to be paid through the plan is 100%.
§ 6.C – Class C: Separately Classified Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims that have special treatment where the percentage to be paid through the plan is NOT 100%.
§ 9 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims, indicating whether the intent is to assume or reject for each.
