When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 5 – Administrative Claims (Attorney's Fees)
If the attorney fee balance owed is $0.00, this section will indicate "None."
If there is an attorney fee balance owed, this section will list the attorney's name and the fee balance.
§ 6 – Domestic Support Obligations If there are any Domestic Support Obligation claims, this section will reflect that ongoing post-petition DSO payments are to be made directly by the debtor, and will list any DSO arrearages to be paid through the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None" for both the ongoing obligations and the arrears.
§ 7 – Secured Claims Relating Solely to the Debtor's Principal Residence If there are any secured claims attached to the debtor's residential property where the intent is NOT to surrender or avoid, this section will list the creditor, property address, estimated arrears, and monthly payment. If the treatment is to pay conduit or inside the plan, the Trustee Pay box will be checked. If the treatment is to pay outside the plan, the Direct Pay box will be checked. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8.b – Claims Secured by Personal Property Not Subject to § 506 (910 Vehicle) If there are any secured claims where the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8.c – Claims Secured by Personal Property Subject to § 506 (Cramdown) If there are any secured claims where the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8.d – Payment of Other Secured Claims If there are any secured claims not attached to the debtor's residential property that have an arrearage amount and where the non-arrearage portion is being paid outside the plan, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8.e – Surrendered/Abandoned Collateral If there are any claims where the intent is to surrender, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 9 – Secured Tax Claims and Priority Claims If there are any priority claims that are not Domestic Support Obligations, or any secured real estate tax claims not attached to the debtor's residential property, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 10.a – Separately Classified or Long-Term Unsecured Claims If there are any unsecured claims with special treatment or any unsecured claims with any of the 3 "Long-Term" treatment types, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 11 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases If there are any lease claims where the intent is to assume, list the claim. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases are rejected. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank entry.
§ 12 – Avoidance of Liens If there are any claims where the intent is to Avoid, list the claim. The debtor will file a separate motion or adversary proceeding to avoid the lien. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
