When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ C – Direct Payment of Claims by Debtor
If there are any secured real estate claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, this section will reflect that the debtor will make current monthly payments directly to those creditors and list each creditor and monthly payment amount.
If there are no such claims, this section will reflect that the debtor will make no direct payments to creditors holding prepetition claims.
§ E.2 – Current Mortgage Payments (Conduit) If there are any secured real estate claims where the treatment is to pay conduit, this section will list each creditor and the estimated monthly payment amount. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank entry.
§ E.3.1 – Other Claims Secured by Value in Collateral List all secured claims attached to personal property (non-real estate) where the intent is not to surrender or avoid and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank entry.
§ E.3.2 – Other Secured Claims Treated as Unsecured (Lien Avoidance) List any secured claims where the intent is to Avoid. These claims are secured by collateral that either has no value or is fully encumbered by higher priority liens and will be treated as unsecured claims. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank entry.
§ E.5 – Mortgage Arrears List all secured real estate arrearage claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan. If an interest rate applies, it will be reflected here. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank entry.
