When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1(b) – Valuation of Secured Claims
If there are any claims being added for § 4(f), this section will reflect that the plan values the claim(s) that secure collateral.
If there are no such claims, this section will reflect that the plan does not value claim(s) that secure collateral.
§ 1(c) – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 8, this section will reflect that the plan seeks to avoid a lien or security interest.
If there are no such claims, this section will reflect that the plan does not seek to avoid a lien or security interest.
§ 2(a) – Applicable Commitment Period
If the case is below median income, this section will reflect a minimum of 36 months.
If the case is above median income, this section will reflect 60 months.
§ 3(a) – Maintenance of Current Installment Payments (Long-Term Debt) List all mortgage claims where the intent is not to surrender or avoid. For each claim, the plan will indicate whether the property is the debtor's principal residence, whether payments will be made by the Trustee (conduit) or directly by the debtor, and the monthly payment amount. Do not list arrearages as a separate claim.
§ 3(b) – Cure of Arrearage on Long-Term Debt List all secured arrearage claims. The plan will indicate whether the property is the debtor's principal residence.
§ 4(d) – Fully Secured Allowed Claims List all secured claims that are not mortgage claims where neither the 506 nor 910 option is selected, the intent is not to surrender or avoid, and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 4(e) – Secured Claims Excluded from § 506 (910 Vehicle) List all secured claims where the treatment is selected for 910.
§ 4(f) – Valuation of Secured Claims Subject to § 506 (Cramdown) List all secured claims where the treatment is selected for 506.
§ 4(g) – Special Treatment of Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims where there is special treatment to pay the claim at 100%.
§ 5(a) – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims. For each claim, the plan will indicate whether the intent is to assume or reject and whether payments will be made by the Trustee or directly by the debtor. Do not list lease arrearages as separate claims.
§ 5(b) – Treatment of Lease Arrearages List all lease arrearage claims to be paid in full through disbursements by the Trustee.
§ 7 – Domestic Support Obligations List all Domestic Support Obligation claims with the creditor name and address.
§ 8 – Lien Avoidance List all claims where the intent is to Avoid.
§ 9 – Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender.
