When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount
If there are any claims being added for § 3.5, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 1.4 – Income Status
If the case is above median income, this section will reflect that the debtor's current monthly income is not less than the applicable median income.
If the case is below median income, this section will reflect that the debtor's current monthly income is less than the applicable median income.
§ 3.1 – Long Term Debts (Conduit) List any mortgage claims where the intent is not to avoid or surrender and the treatment is to pay conduit. Do not list mortgage arrears as a separate claim.
§ 3.2 – Arrearages List any mortgage arrearage claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
§ 3.3 – Claims Not Subject to Cramdown (910 Vehicle) List any secured claims where the intent is not to surrender or avoid, the treatment is to pay inside the plan, and the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)".
§ 3.5 – Secured Creditors Subject to Cramdown List any secured claims where the intent is not to surrender or avoid, the treatment is to pay inside the plan, and the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)".
§ 3.6 – Surrendered Collateral List any secured claims where the intent is to surrender.
§ 3.7 – Debts Paid by Debtor List any claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan.
§ 4.3 – Domestic Support Obligations List any domestic support obligation claims.
§ 5.3 – Classified Unsecured Claims List any unsecured claims that have special treatment saved to the claim.
§ 5.4 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List any lease claims where the intent is to assume. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases are rejected.
