When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ I – Valuation of Secured Claim
If there are any secured claims where the secured balance is LESS than the balance on Schedule D, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ I – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § III.C, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ III.A – Secured Claims: Mortgages and Liens on Real or Personal Property List all secured mortgage arrearage claims where the intent is NOT to surrender. For each claim, the plan will also reflect whether the property is the debtor's principal residence or other real property, and whether escrow for taxes and/or insurance is included in the regular payment or paid directly by the debtor. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ III.B – Valuation of Collateral This section consists of three tables:
List all secured real estate claims where the intent is NOT to surrender or avoid and the treatment is to pay conduit. Do not list any real estate arrearage claims.
List all vehicle claims where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. The plan will also indicate whether the claim was incurred 910 days or more pre-petition or less than 910 days pre-petition.
List all secured claims that are NOT attached to real property or vehicles where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
If there are no claims being added to any of the three tables, this section will indicate "None."
§ III.C – Lien Avoidance List all claims where the intent is to Avoid. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ III.D – Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ III.E – Direct Payments List all claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ IV.B – Internal Revenue Service List all Federal tax priority claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ IV.C – Domestic Support Obligations List all Domestic Support Obligation claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ V.C – Separately Classified Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims with special treatment saved to the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ VI – Student Loan Program This section consists of two tables:
List all claims with the consideration marked as Student Loans that are NOT being paid through the plan in table A (Federal – Direct Pay).
List all claims with the consideration marked as Student Loans that ARE being paid inside the plan in table B (Private – Paid in the Chapter 13 Plan).
If there are no student loan claims in either table, this section will indicate "None."
§ VII – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims and indicate whether the intent is to assume or reject for each. If there are no lease claims, this section will indicate "None."
