When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount
If there are any claims being added for § 3.2(a), this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 1.2 – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 3.4, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 3.1 – Secured Debts Which Will Extend Beyond the Length of the Plan (Conduit) List all secured mortgage claims where the intent is NOT to surrender or avoid and where the treatment is to pay conduit. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.2(a) – Secured Claims Subject to Valuation Under § 506 (Cramdown) List all secured claims where the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.2(b) – Secured Claims Not Subject to Valuation Under § 506 (910 Vehicle) List all secured claims where the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.2(c) – Determination of Secured Status and Strip Lien (§ 506) List all secured claims where the secured balance was overridden to $0.00. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.3 – Prepetition Defaults List all secured arrearage claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.4 – Motions to Avoid Lien List all secured claims where the intent is to Avoid. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.5 – Direct Payments to Creditors List all secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.6 – Property to be Surrendered List all secured claims where the intent is to surrender. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.4(b) – Domestic Support Obligations List all domestic support obligation claims. If there are no such claims, this section will show a blank row.
§ 4.5 – Other Priority Claims List all priority claims that are not domestic support obligations. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.2 – Separately Classified Nonpriority Unsecured Claims List all unsecured nonpriority claims that have special treatment saved to the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims where the intent is to assume. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases are rejected. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
