When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount
If there are any claims being added for § 3.2, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no claims being added for § 3.2, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 2.1 – Regular Payments
If the case is above median income, the plan payment will be applied to the 60-month commitment period line.
If the case is below median income and the plan length is 36 months, the plan payment will be applied to the 36-month commitment period line.
If the case is below median income and the plan length is NOT 36 months, the plan payment will be applied to the third line indicating the debtor seeks additional time to cure secured or priority arrearages or to meet the liquidation test.
§ 3.1 – Maintenance of Payments and Cure of Default If there are any secured real estate or vehicle arrearage claims, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.2 – Request for Valuation of Security and Claim Modification (Cramdown) If there are any claims where the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.3 – Secured Claims Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle) If there are any claims where the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.4 – Surrender of Collateral If there are any claims where the intent is to surrender, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.5 – Domestic Support Obligations If there are any domestic support obligation claims, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.8 – Other Priority Claims and Secured Portion of Tax Claims If there are any priority tax claims, this section will list the estimated total amount owed and check the applicable boxes for the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, Employment Development Department, County Property Tax Assessor, and any other tax claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.4 – Non-Filing Co-Debtor Claim Treatment If there are any unsecured nonpriority claims where a codebtor is attached and the treatment is "Long-term claim - maintain payments outside the plan and cure arrearages inside the plan", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.5 – Other Separately Classified Nonpriority Unsecured Claims If there are any unsecured nonpriority claims with special treatment that are not already listed in § 5.4, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6.1 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases If there are any lease claims where the intent is to assume, list the claim. Current installment payments will be made directly by the debtor and any arrearage will be paid by the Trustee. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases are rejected. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
