When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

Class 1 – Secured Claims on Which Debtor Had Defaulted Before the Petition Date List any secured arrearage claim that is being paid inside the plan. In the column for Post-Petition Monthly Payment, list the monthly payment on the non-arrearage portion of the claim if the treatment is to pay that claim conduit or inside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 2 – Secured Claims to be Paid in Full Through the Plan List any secured claim that is being paid inside the plan where the treatment is NOT 506 or 910. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 3 – Secured Claims Limited to Value of Collateral (Cramdown) List any secured claim that is being paid inside the plan where the treatment is 506 and the secured balance is NOT overridden to $0.00. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 4 – Secured Claims Treated as Fully Unsecured (Lien Voiding) List any secured claim that is being paid inside the plan where the secured balance is overridden to $0.00, creating a new unsecured claim for the full balance. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 5 – Secured Claims Excluded from § 506 Valuation (910 Claims) List any secured claim that is being paid inside the plan where the treatment is 910.
If the secured balance is overridden to a lower amount, check the box for "A portion of the claim is properly characterized as non-PMSI" and list the claim there.
If the secured balance is NOT overridden, check the box for "The entire claim is properly characterized as PMSI" and list the claim there.
If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 6 – Secured Claims Limited Pursuant to § 522(f) (Lien Avoidance) List any secured claim where the treatment is to Avoid. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 7 – Secured Claims Satisfied by Surrender of Collateral List any secured claim that is being surrendered. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 8 – Secured Claims Paid Directly by Debtor (Not in Default) List any secured claim that is marked as paid outside the plan or paid outside the plan by a codebtor. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 11 – Priority Tax Claims List any priority tax claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 12 – Other Priority Claims List any priority claims that are NOT a Domestic Support Obligation or tax claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
Class 13 – Nonpriority General Unsecured Claims with Special Treatment List any unsecured claims that have special treatment. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases This section consists of two tables:
List any leases where the intent is to Assume in the first table.
List any leases where the intent is to Reject in the second table.
If there are no lease claims, this section will indicate "None."
