When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 3.07 – Class 1: Delinquent Secured Claims Maturing After Plan Completion List all secured real estate claims where the treatment is to pay conduit. Do not include arrears as a separate claim.
§ 3.08 – Class 2: Secured Claims Modified by the Plan This section consists of three rows:
Class 2(A): List all secured claims where the balance on Schedule D is the SAME as the secured balance, the intent is NOT to surrender, and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.
Class 2(B): List all secured claims where the balance on Schedule D is LESS than the secured balance, the intent is NOT to surrender, the treatment is to pay inside the plan, and the secured balance is NOT $0.00.
Class 2(C): List all secured claims where the balance on Schedule D is LESS than the secured balance, the intent is NOT to surrender, the treatment is to pay inside the plan, and the secured balance IS $0.00.
§ 3.09 – Class 3: Secured Claims Satisfied by Surrender of Collateral List all secured claims where the intent is to surrender.
§ 3.10 – Class 4: Secured Claims Paid Directly by Debtor List any claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan.
§ 4.01 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all leases where the intent is to assume and the treatment is to pay outside the plan. Do not list lease arrears as a separate claim. Any executory contract or unexpired lease not listed here is rejected.
