When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.A.1 –Table: Plan Payment.
Lists the total monthly plan payment excluding any conduit mortgage payments and long-term unsecured claims paid inside the plan.
§ 1.A.1 – Table: Estimated Conduit Payment.
Lists the total monthly payment for all mortgage claims where the treatment is to pay conduit, plus any unsecured claims with a long-term treatment where payments are maintained inside the plan.
§ 1.A.4 – Check one
If the debtor is above median income, this section will reflect that the debtor is over median income and include the minimum amount that must be paid to allowed unsecured creditors to comply with the Means Test. If the debtor is at or below median income, this section will reflect that instead and the remainder of § 1.A.4 will not need to be completed.
§ 2.B – Mortgages
If there are any secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, this section will list those creditors and their collateral. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 2.C – Arrears
If there are any secured arrearage claims where the treatment is to pay inside the plan, this section will list those creditors, the collateral, and the estimated pre- and post-petition arrears to be cured. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 2.D – Other Secured Claims (Conduit Payments and Claims Not Subject to § 506) If there are any secured claims where the 910 treatment is selected, any mortgage claim where the treatment is to pay conduit, or any secured claim paid inside the plan that does not use the 910 or 506 treatment, this section will list those claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 2.E – Secured Claims Subject to § 506 Valuation
If there are any secured claims with the 506 (cramdown) treatment selected, this section will list those claims along with the modified principal balance and interest rate. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 2.F – Surrender of Collateral
If there are any claims where the intent is to surrender the collateral, this section will list those creditors and the collateral being surrendered. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 2.G – Lien Avoidance
If there are any non-mortgage claims where the intent is to avoid the lien, this section will list those creditors and the associated lien details. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 3.B – Priority Claims
Lists all priority claims and their estimated total payment amounts.
§ 4.A – Claims of Unsecured Nonpriority Creditors Specially Classified
If there are any unsecured claims with special treatment (such as co-signed debts), this section will list those claims and the reason for their special classification. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases
If there are any lease claims, this section will list those leases along with whether they are being assumed or rejected. Lease arrears are included within the lease entry and are not listed as separate claims. If there are no lease claims, this section will indicate "None."
