Chapter 13: Oklahoma Western Instructions

All of our Chapter 13 Plans have merge tags that pull information from your case directly into your plan. Each tag has a set of instructions, which describe the logic within the app, so that you can easily understand how this tag is populated. Below is a list of your plan specific tags with their corresponding instructions.

Line 2: If there is employment income saved for either debtor, and the box is NOT checked for “No longer Employed” insert the following and insert [x] next to the pay frequency for the debtor and/or joint debtor:

Line 5B2: Any priority claims where the type is Taxes & Other Government Units.

Line 5B2b: Any priority claims where the type is NOT Taxes & Other Government Units or Domestic Support Obligations.

Line 5C2a: Any secured claims where the balance on Schedule D is the SAME as the secured balance and where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside

Line 5C2b: Any secured claims where the balance on Schedule D is less than the secured balance and where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the

Line 5C3: List all mortgage claims where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay conduit. Do not list any arrearage claims as a separate claim.

Line 5C4: List any secured claims where the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to Pay as long-term debt.

Line 5D1: List any unsecured claims with special treatment saved to the claim.

Line 6: List all claims where the treatment is to pay outside or pay outside by codebtor.

Line 7: List all lease claims where the intent is to assume and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. Do not list lease arrears as a separate claim.

Line 8: List any claims where the intent is to surrender.

Line 9: List any claims where the intent is to avoid.
