To create this form:
Navigate to Forms Library and click + Create next to "Official Form 425C - Monthly Operating Report for Small Business Under Chapter 11"
Complete the form by filling in the available fields:
When all fields are entered, click Save to Client Document Storage, and a copy of the report will be saved in Client Document Storage:
If NextChapter has the court event code to file the application in your district, you can assign the event code to the document in Client Document Storage so that it is filed with the court when the case is filed.
