Chapter 11 Final Report

How to create and complete a Final Report for Chapter 11 cases with NextChapter

A Final Report is available in Chapter 11 cases to create and save to your Client Document Storage to file with your case. To create this form:

  1. Navigate to Forms Library and click + Create next to "Chapter 11 Final Report"

  2. Complete the form by filling in the Filing Date and Expense fields

3. When all fields are entered, click Save to Client Document Storage, and a copy of the report will be saved in Client Document Storage

4. If NextChapter has the court event code to file the application in your district, you can assign the event code to the document in Client Document Storage so that it is filed with the court when the case is filed.
