When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount
If there are any claims being added for § 5.1, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no claims being added for § 5.1, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 1.2 – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 6, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no claims being added for § 6, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 5.1 – Secured Claims Paid Through the Trustee Where Plan Limits Value of Collateral If there are any secured claims where the box is checked for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)" or any secured claims where the intent is not to surrender and the secured balance is less than the balance on Schedule D, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.2 – Secured Claims Paid Through the Trustee Where Value is Not Modified Add any secured claims where the box is checked for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6 – Direct Payment List all claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7 – Long Term Debts Maintained Through Plan List all mortgage claims where the treatment is to pay conduit and list all unsecured claims where the treatment is "Long-term claim - maintain payments inside the plan" or "Long-term claim - maintain payments and cure arrearages inside the plan". If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8 – Curing Defaults on Long-Term Debts List all arrears claims (secured arrears, mortgage arrears, vehicle arrears, unsecured arrears) where the treatment is to be paid inside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 9 – Surrendered Property List all claims where the intent is to Surrender. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 10 – Domestic Support Obligations If there are any Domestic Support Obligation claims with the treatment to pay inside the plan, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 11 – Priority Claims (Excluding Domestic Support Obligations) List any priority claims that are not Domestic Support Obligations. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 12 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases This section consists of three tables:
If the lease intent is to Reject, add the lease to § 12.1.
If the lease intent is to Assume, add the lease to § 12.2(a). Do not include arrears in § 12.2(a).
If the lease intent is to Assume and the claim is for arrears, add the lease to § 12.2(b).
If there are no lease claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 13 – Specially Classified Unsecured Claims List any unsecured claims with special treatment to pay the claim at a different unsecured percentage than the general plan unsecured percentage. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6 – Lien Avoidance List any secured lien where the intent is to Avoid. If there is more than one secured claim where the intent is to Avoid, list the first creditor's claim information in rows 2–8, then the next creditor's claim information in the same rows added below for rows 9–15. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
