Follow this script to ask your clients about NextMessage

For transparency and consistency, firms should use the following script when asking their clients if they'd like to opt into text messaging.

Law Firm: "As part of our service, our firm can send automated text reminders about your case, including hearing dates and filing deadlines via NextChapter. Message frequency varies depending on case activity, typically up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. NextChapter's Privacy Policy and Terms are available at https://nextchapterlegal.com/bankruptcy/privacy. If you would like to receive these messages, we will send you a confirmation text. Please reply YES to enroll.”

Client: "Yes, I'd like to enroll!"

Law Firm: "Great, we'll send you a text now."
