The Onboarding Checklist is designed to eliminate the guesswork from setting up your account. The checklist provides a personalized roadmap to ensure your account is fully optimized and your team is trained on the advanced features included in your plan.
Where to find it: Your custom onboarding tab appears automatically in Account Settings under your plan name (Pro 12+, Pro+, or Whoa).
How to use it: Look for the "Action Required" popup at login; click it to jump straight to your personal checklist. Tasks are tracked individually, so you can finish your own checklist at your own pace!
Key Checklist Functions
Direct Resource Links: Each checklist item includes links to relevant Help Center articles, instructional videos, or integration setup pages.
Training & Kick-off: Easily register for upcoming live webinars, view past training recordings, or schedule a 15-minute kick-off call with our support team directly from the tab.
Core Integrations: Step-by-step prompts help you sync vital tools like MyChapter, NextMessage, and Credit Counseling integrations to automate your workflow immediately.
Automatic Sync: Once an item is checked off, it stays checked for that user. Once all items are completed, the login reminders will automatically stop.
