Thank you for choosing NextChapter’s Virtual Paralegal Services. Before purchasing or assigning cases, please review the following important guidelines and policies to ensure the best possible experience for you and your assigned paralegal.
📅 Scheduling & Workload Management
To help us manage paralegal workloads effectively, please reach out in advance if you plan to assign more than five cases within a 30-day period.
📧 Email: sales@nextchapterbk.com
Requests for multiple case assignments in a short timeframe are subject to paralegal availability.
💼 Independent Contractor Notice
All NextChapter Virtual Paralegals are independent contractors, not employees. Many of the paralegals in our network maintain full-time positions and dedicate their evening and weekend hours to NextChapter cases.
As a result, response times and availability may vary slightly based on individual schedules and location.

⚠️ Emergency or Time-Sensitive Cases
If you have an urgent case with a deadline of less than 48 hours, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
📧 Email: paralegal@nextchapterbk.com
This helps us verify that a paralegal is available and able to meet your deadline prior to assignment.
