When setting up your MyChapter Client Portal, you entered a default recipient of MyChapter invite notifications in Account Settings > MyChapter Client Portal. If you’d like the notifications for a specific case to go to a different recipient, you don’t need to go back to Account Settings; you can override it right in the case.
First, find the Client Portal section of the Case Dashboard and click Settings, indicated by the gear icon.
Next, choose the appropriate user email from the dropdown, or enter a new email in the field below to override the default. This email should be an internal contact who will receive event updates for MyChapter Client Portal invitations for this specific case.
