When you click on the Review & File section, you will first see a Review section. Here a quick review is conducted to ensure that the basic information needed to file the case with ECF has been completed. If any essential information is missing, there will be a red exclamation mark to indicate what information needs added still.
Most common missing information:
Debtor SSN - The last four digits needs to be entered for both debtors and can be added in the Client Profile section under Debtor Profile and Joint Debtor Profile.
Debtor Residential Address - one of the addresses add for the debtor must be marked as the residential address in the Debtor Address section.
Statistical/Administrative Info - In the Filing Information section, you must select whether or not it is estimated that funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
Missing ECF Login and/or Password - In order to file with ECF, the attorney's ECF credentials must be saved under their My User Profile in their settings page. If a case is being filed in a district other than the primary district, the credentials the settings page can be overridden in the Print & Download section.
