Question from Voluntary Petition line 2: All other names you have used in the last 8 years
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Client Profile > Prior/Alternate Names
Line 2 of the Voluntary Petition can be added from the Prior/Alternate Names section. You can add a Prior Name, Alternate Name or Business Name. If you are filing a joint case, you will need to select if the name is for the Debtor or Joint Debtor.
*Please note: Prior Names will file as FKAs and Alternate Names will file as AKAs
