Where to enter this in NextChapter: Client Profile > Debtor Profile > Prior & Pending Bankruptcies > Select "Yes"
Once you select "Yes", a new pop-up will automatically appear so that you can enter your information. Just be sure to select "Pending" here before saving:
After saving your first entry, you can enter an additional pending bankruptcy if needed by clicking "+New Pending Bankruptcy" at the top.
