When pulling a report through NextChapter, you will see two different charges. One charge will be from our credit report integration partner, Xactus, and then the other charge will be from NextChapter. See below for a complete pricing breakdown:

​Individual Report:
NextChapter charge: $18.50
Xactus charge: $19.75 + 3.5% fee and state taxes

​Joint Report:
NextChapter charge: $23.75
Xactus charge: $39.50 + 3.5% fee and state taxes

Note: NextChapter will charge the card on file that has been entered in Account Settings > Billing / Credit Card. If you ever update the card on file, then you will need to update the credit card with Xactus as well.
