Question from SOFA line 19 - Within 10 years before you filed for bankruptcy, did you transfer any property to a self-settled trust or similar device of which you are a beneficiary?
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Personal Property > Miscellaneous Property > Select Property Type: Transferred click (+) to add
A window will open > Select "Within 10 Years" from the dropdown menu
A property transfer that should be listed on line 19 of the Statement of Financial Affairs can be added as Property: Transferred under the Miscellaneous section. The Transfer Type must be marked as Within 10 Years for the information to be listed on line 19 of the SOFA.
