Date of Birth: Nowhere (used to pull credit reports)

Has joint debtor lived in jurisdiction for 180 days?: Form 101 - Voluntary Petition Line 6

Is joint debtor a sole proprietor of any full or part-time business?: Form 101 - Voluntary Petition Line 12
